VELVET SAMPLE LICENSE AGREEMENT

By downloading, accessing, or using any sounds from this product, you agree to the following license terms.

1. OWNERSHIP

All samples included in this product are original works and remain the exclusive property of Velvet Sample.

This license grants usage rights only. Ownership of the sounds themselves is not transferred.

2. ROYALTY-FREE USE

All samples are royalty-free for both commercial and non-commercial use.

You may use the samples in:

- Streaming releases (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, etc.)

- Beat sales and instrumental releases

- Songs, albums, EPs, and mixtapes

- Online content, videos, films, and social media

- Live performances and DJ sets

No royalties, fees, permissions, or credits are required for standard use.

3. RELEASES OVER 10 MILLION STREAMS

Every release is covered by this royalty-free license up to 10,000,000 streams per release

(combined across all platforms). This also applies to major label releases.

If a release goes beyond 10,000,000 streams, please get in touch for a quick clearance.

In that case, Velvet Sample may ask for a reasonable credit and/or a fair agreement.

This only applies to large-scale hits and never affects typical independent or everyday use.

We love hearing where our sounds end up. Whether it's a beat, a release or a placement,

feel free to send us a message anytime. For us, it's about being part of the music, not about the money.

4. RESTRICTIONS

You may NOT:

- Resell, sublicense, share, or redistribute the samples as standalone files

- Include the samples in another sample pack, sound library, or competing product

- Claim the samples as your own or register them as individual works

- Use the samples in a way that implies exclusive ownership of the original sounds

5. LIABILITY

Velvet Sample is not responsible for any legal issues arising from misuse of the samples

or failure to comply with this license.

6. ACCEPTANCE

Use of these samples constitutes full acceptance of these license terms.

7. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & REFUNDS

All Velvet Sample products are digital downloads.

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final.

Once a product has been purchased and/or downloaded, no refunds, returns, or exchanges are possible.
